Returns & Exchanges
At Seaside Suds and Scents, all of our candles, soaps, and wax melts are handmade with care, and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will offer an exchange for the same item.
A defective item is one that is broken, unsafe, or not as intended, such as:

Cracked, chipped, or broken candles

Missing wicks

Mold or contamination

Wrong product, scent, or size
Cosmetic imperfections like small bubbles, uneven tops, or slight color variations are normal in handmade products and are not considered defective.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days. We will send the correct item as an exchange.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Custom or Personalized Items
These are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
